1. Call the meeting to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Recognize any public in attendance and allow for public comment on any matters that are within the jurisdiction of the District. Time per speaker may be limited depending on the number of public members who sign up to make comments.
4. Adopt or amend the agenda by eliminating items, reassigning the order of items, or adding items for discussion.
5. Approval of the minutes of the regular meeting of August 5, 2026, Mimi Wildeman
6. Presentation of the Manager’s Report. Cindy Murray and Staff
7. Presentation of the Engineer’s Report and CIP. Jeff Walla
8. Presentation on District Cyber Security. Charity Becker
9. Consideration of Resolution 2026-16 relating to Plan Approval for Spring Creek Lofts. Jeff Walla
10. Consideration of Resolution 2026-17 to adopt a Revised Personnel Manual, including related Policies and Job Descriptions. Mimi Wildeman and Cindy Murray.
11. Presentation of Oversight Reports for July and August 2026. Bob Balding
12. Examine and approve reports for Checks Written, ACH and Chase Credit Card Payments for August and accept the financial statements for July and August  J. Lupton

To receive virtual access information, please contact the District office at 406-257-5861 no later than Monday, September 14, 2026.  An agenda will be posted and available in accordance with Montana Code Annotated §§ 2-3-103 and 2-3-202 and will include time for public comment on matters within the jurisdiction of the Board.

The Flathead County Water District #1 – Evergreen (“District”) Board of Directors will hold the regular monthly board meeting on Wednesday September 16, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The District Office is located at 108 Cooperative Way. The Board will also receive public comments that may be sent prior to the meeting to info@evergreenwaterdistrict.com. By the Tuesday prior to the meeting.
