On May 24, 2021, contractors for Evergreen Water & Sewer District will begin a project to rehab the District’s steel water tank and perform upgrades to the concrete water tank located at 2602 Mission Trail. This project has been approved by the Montana Department of Environmental Quality and will take approximately 3 months to complete. We do not expect any interruptions of your water service during this time.
The contractors will be using large trucks and heavy equipment so you should expect traffic congestion at times. There will also be elevated noise levels during parts of the project as the steel tank is going to be stripped of the old coatings and repainted the same color as the concrete tank.
Work hours will be 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Certain work may also be done on Saturdays throughout the project.
HDR Engineering will be on-site full time to inspect the project and Joe Musialowski will also be on-site to represent the District. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the District Office at 257-5861.
We apologize for any inconvenience this project may cause you and appreciate your patience as we performed these upgrades that are required for safe drinking water, improved fire protection, and updated safety equipment.
Thank you, The Staff and Board of Evergreen Water & Sewer District
