Subject: Sponsorship Invitation – Evergreen Water & Sewer District’s 60th Anniversary Bonanza
Greetings,
The Evergreen Water and Sewer District would like to invite your business to be a sponsor for our “60th Anniversary Bonanza”!
This event will celebrate 60 years of clean water in Evergreen while giving local businesses and District vendors an opportunity to support the District, our community’s students and teachers and our Low-Income Assistance Program that was adopted by our Board in May.
Event Details:
Date: October 1, 2025
Location: Evergreen Water & Sewer District Main Office – 108 Cooperative Way
RSVP Deadline: September 26, 2025
We invite local businesses and vendors to participate by:
- Setting up a booth at the event
- Donating a useful school-related item for student attendees
- Monetary Donations that can be directed toward the Low-Income Assistance Program, the Evergreen Schools, or to offset the District’s costs of the Bonanza.
- Donating SWAG (we have a recommended list)
We will have a sponsor-banner at the Bonanza will all participating businesses, including your logo if provided. We will be working closely with the Chamber of Commerce and the Evergreen School District to identify items most needed by students and classrooms. We have a list from the school that I can provide if needed.
